Yachtics LLC Transport Terms and Conditions
I. STANDARD PRICING: The standard rate for transport services is $100 per trip.
II. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Any transport requests made less than 7 days before the
desired delivery date will be subject to an increased rate of $150 per trip.
III. ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR LONG-DISTANCE TRANSPORTS: For transport outside
of the Miami area, a per-mile rate will be applied. The exact rate will be communicated for
customer approval prior to delivery, based on the distance and destination.
IV. PAYMENT TERMS: All account balances must be paid in full prior to any transport
services being provided or for any scheduled pick up. This includes all outstanding invoices,
fees, and any additional charges.
V. LIABILITY AND DAMAGES: Yachtics and its drivers take every precaution to ensure that
the transport experience is safe and seamless. However, by booking with us, you acknowledge
and agree to the following limitations of liability:

o Yachtics and its drivers will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited
to traffic delays, severe weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or acts of
nature.
o Yachtics is not liable for any damage to personal property, including boats,
equipment, or other items transported using our service. While we will make our
best effort to ensure your equipment is prepared and secured for transport,
customers are ultimately responsible for securing their belongings during
transport.
o If Yachtics coordinates with any third-party service providers, such as
subcontracted drivers or towing services, we are not liable for their actions, errors,
or omissions.
o Yachtics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
including but not limited to lost business opportunities, missed competitions, or
any financial losses resulting from delays or service interruptions.
